Directions
Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Cook ground beef and celery salt, stirring and breaking up large pieces, 8 to 10 min., or until browned. Drain excess fat.
Step 2
Stir in onion, red pepper and celery. Cook for 3 to 5 min. or until vegetables are softened.
Step 3
Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix spiced ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish. Reserve half of ketchup mixture for serving. Stir other half of ketchup mixture, 1/4 cup (60 mL) water and grated potato into the beef. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 5 min. Uncover and cook additional 5 to 7 min., or until potato is cooked through.
Step 4
Meanwhile, fry 4 eggs. Divide beef hash evenly among 4 plates. Top each with a fried egg and drizzle with reserved ketchup mixture.
