- panko bread crumbs

- chopped fresh cilantro, packed roughly

- chopped fresh dill, packed roughly
- 60 mL
- 1 tbsp
- Thai green curry paste
- 15 mL

- soy sauce
- 15 mL
- 1 tsp
- vegetable oil

- sliced tomato, red onion and lettuce leaves (optional)
Directions
Step 1
In a food processor, combine salmon, panko, cilantro, dill, curry paste and soy sauce. Pulse until smooth. Shape salmon mixture into four patties. Set aside.
Step 2
Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties until golden and cooked through, 2 to 3 min. per side.
Step 3
Serve patties sandwiched in buns with tomato, red onion and lettuce leaves, if using.
Tips
If you'd prefer to grill the burgers, preheat grill to medium. Place a large sheet of foil, folded in half and well-greased, onto the grill. Grill patties on foil for 2 to 3 min. per side.
