Directions
Step 1
In a blender, purée the peaches with the sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Set aside.
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk the 35% cream, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
Step 3
Divide half of the whipped cream among four large ramekins or glasses. Top with half of the peach purée and half of the fresh fruit. Continue layering in the remaining whipped cream, peach purée and fruit.
Step 4
Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Delicious served with butter cookies.
