Ingredients

- hard dry apple cider
- 250 mL
- 4 cups
- broccoli florets

- Brussels sprouts, halved
- 250 g
- 3/4 tsp
- salt
- 4 mL
- 1 tbsp
- butter
- 15 mL
- 1 tbsp
- maple syrup
- 15 mL
- 1/3 cup
- dried cranberries
- 75 mL
Directions
Step 1
Pour cider into large high-sided skillet set over medium-high heat; bring to a boil. Add broccoli florets, Brussels sprouts and salt; toss to combine. Cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Steam vegetables 8 to 10 min. or until tender. Toss with butter to coat.
Step 2
Transfer to serving dish. Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with cranberries.
Tips
Substitute hard cider with regular cider or apple juice.
