Ingredients

- shallots, minced
- 1
- clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp
- all-purpose flour

- 2 cups
- reduced sodium chicken broth, divided
- 500 mL
- 1/4 cup
- Balsamic Fig & Maple Marinade
- 60 mL
Directions
Step 1
Remove all but 2 tbsp (30 mL) of fat from turkey roasting pan. Place pan on medium heat on top of the stove. Add shallots and cook for 2 min. Add garlic and cook for 1 min.
Step 2
Stir in flour and cook, on low, for 2 min. Add enough broth to cover solids in pan and stir. Bring to a simmer and add the rest of the broth in stages, letting gravy come back to a simmer each time before adding more. Once all broth has been added, simmer for 2 min. more.
Step 3
Add balsamic marinade, bring to a boil, take off heat and strain into a serving dish.
